We’re dedicated to providing a smooth and safe delivery for our Chow Chow puppies, whether you’re within the country or abroad. Please review our policies below:
Nationwide Delivery
- We deliver to all regions across the country, ensuring the puppies’ safety.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided, and tracking is available for peace of mind.
- In the event of delays due to weather or other circumstances, we’ll keep you updated.
International Delivery
- We offer international shipping to select countries—please contact us to confirm.
- It’s the buyer’s responsibility to meet all import regulations, including permits, vaccinations, and quarantine requirements. We’ll assist by providing necessary documents.
- Shipping, customs, and quarantine costs are covered by the buyer.
30-Day Full Refund – Health Guarantee
We guarantee the health of every Chow Chow puppy. If your vet provides a certificate showing a hereditary condition within 30 days, you’ll receive a full refund.
- The vet certificate must be submitted within 30 days and clearly state the condition.
- Upon receipt, we’ll process your refund and arrange for the puppy’s return in good condition, along with any medical records.
80% Refund – Change of Mind or Bonding Issues
If you change your mind or feel you cannot bond with the puppy, we offer an 80% refund:
- Contact us within 30 days to start the return.
- The puppy must be returned in good health.
- We’ll refund 80%, with 20% retained to cover care and re-homing costs.
Full Payment Before Puppy Release
Puppies will only be released after full payment is confirmed. Once payment is complete, we’ll arrange delivery or pickup.

NOTICE: Our parent Chow Chows periodically produce litters that closely resemble the puppies displayed on our site. We kindly request that you contact us to confirm current availability and to request updated photos before completing your payment.
