Smooth Adoption Process: Payment and Delivery Assurance

At Champion Chow Chow Puppies, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Our payment and refund policies are designed to ensure a smooth adoption process while prioritizing the well-being of our puppies and the satisfaction of our clients.

Full Payment Preference:

We give priority to families ready to complete the adoption in full over those opting for a reservation. All payments, whether full or partial, are legally binding and registered for your security.

30-Day Refund Policy:

For all adoption plans, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To initiate a refund, a licensed veterinarian must provide a health warranty proving that the puppy has any defects not disclosed in the adoption contract. This ensures the health and well-being of our puppies and protects your investment.

Refunds for Reservations:

If you choose to reserve a puppy, we offer a 70% refund of the reservation amount, which can be up to 50% of the total adoption plan if you fail to request refund after a week. Requests for refunds on reservations must be made within 7 days of payment.

Important Note:

We encourage prompt communication regarding any concerns, as further delays in requesting a refund may reduce the amount eligible for return. Our goal is to ensure a fair process for all parties involved, always keeping the best interest of the puppy at heart.
